Pre-Construction & Construction Management

Careful planning, prior to the start of construction, provides the foundation on which every subsequent step is based.  Addressing critical details during pre-construction results in fewer change orders, reduced construction time, and ultimately reduced project costs.  The Pre-Construction phase also ensures that the finished product is built to your needs and total satisfaction.  Working closely with the client and design team allows us to develop and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, material lead times, and stay current will all construction methods.  The involvement of A.B. Goodrich Contracting during the planning stage will help continuity between the pre-construction and construction phases, ensuring that the decisions made during planning are accurately implemented in the field.

Renovation

Renovation projects require careful planning to ensure that value is added to the subject property.  We have the expertise necessary to create and implement a successful plan for renovation, ensuring that the end product is more usable and more valuable.

General Contracting

Contracted by the Client to construct a project by either lump sum, cost plus, or not to exceed.
